INDABA TRADING TERMS OF TRADING

Opening orders for new accounts must be at least $500.00

Reorders must be at least $100.00 ($350.00 for U.S. reorders)

Our order desk is open 8 am to 5 pm Pacific standard time

PRICING

All prices are quoted in wholesale dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include GST.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Orders are taken subject to approval and acceptance by the Head Office of Indaba Trading Limited, and the availability of merchandise. Merchandise may be discontinued without notice.

Payment can be by visa, master card or COD

18% per annum interest will be charged on overdue accounts. A charge of $20 will be applied on any NSF cheque.

New orders will not be processed if there are outstanding overdue balances on the account.

RETURN POLICY

No discontinued or clearance merchandise may be returned.

Any damaged or defective goods must be reported and returned within 10 days of receipt of your shipment. All returns must be authorized through the claims department. Please note that any unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

All merchandise must be returned to us, unused and unaltered, in its original packaging. Any merchandise received by us that is not in its original box and packing material is subject to an assessment of damage and a restocking fee may apply.

All refused or undeliverable shipments are subject to a 25% restocking fee (minimum $25.00) in addition to all shipping charges.

Please note that all backorders over $100 will remain in our system and will be shipped to you as soon as possible. Please call our ORDER DESK if you wish to cancel a backorder, or if you wish us to keep a backorder in our system that is under $100. Any backorders delivered that have not been cancelled will be subject to a 25% restocking fee if they are refused.

FREIGHT TERMS

All prices are quoted F.O.B. Parksville, B.C.

Freight charges may be subject to a fuel surcharge dependant on market conditions.

Most furniture and oversized items must be part of a minimum order of $1400.00 to justify shipping by pallet.

Orders from Parksville, B.C. can take up to 6 days or more to reach you depending on your location.
