Minimum Order & Backorders
All orders must be at least $350. This minimum applies per location.
Backorders will ship when cumulative order is over $100.
All prices are quoted in wholesale dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include sales taxes.
Orders are taken subject to approval and acceptance by the Head Office of Indaba Trading Limited. Orders are subject to the availability of merchandise. Merchandise may be discontinued without notice.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
For our US customers using American Express, please note your card will be charged in Canadian dollars.
Net 30 payment terms may be granted upon approval of credit application.
Overdue accounts are subject to 2% interest per month.
Ten (10) days notice prior to the ship date is required to cancel and order. Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking charge, in addition to applicable charges.
Claims and Returns
Indaba is a wholesaler of handcrafted home and lifestyle products. There may be minor variations in size, colour and finish because our products are handmade.
Indaba must be notified within ten (10) days of receipt of the merchandise if there are concerns regarding damages during shipment or other matters.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
A 20% restocking fee may apply.
